Developing Your Team’s Skills
Your team are the heart of the organisation, they are at the front line of delivering your service. From Finance, and Service Delivery, everyone has their part to plan.
Over my time in the charity sector, I have begun to learn, that sometimes the best part of your role, is the bit that you do outside of your normal role. From leading a team of volunteers to stepping up and developing a business plan. But in order to complete these tasks individuals, and organisations need the training to meet the goals identified.
We know that many organisations don’t have the skills, expertise or time to deliver the training that is required, and that’s where we step in.
We are currently in the process of developing our series of workshops and training courses, and are looking for partners to help us to design the sessions. There are various areas we are looking to develop these in including Governance, Strategy, Business Planning, Volunteering and Quality.
We are looking for charities to partner with in order to identify the right objectives for the session, design the knowledge and inactive activities, and finally a clear evaluation process. We want our sessions to be fun, interactive, but ultimately meet the charities goals and expectations.
The sessions would be made available free of charge to any charity we partner with, and we would charge a minimum fee to cover our costs for any sessions we deliver to the partner organisation.
We will do all the hardwork, we will simply be asking the partner organisation to engage in briefing calls, and to review materials as we create them.
