Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration for an event, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund.

• 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.

• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund available.

Please send cancellation requests to events@mikepreston-consultancy.co.uk with your full name, the event's name, and the date of the event.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your cancellation request. Amounts refunded will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.

Digital Downloads

Since digital downloads are immediately accessible after purchase, they are not eligible for a refund.

E-Learning Courses

Cancellations

You may cancel your enrollment in an e-learning course within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the course has not been accessed or started.

To request a cancellation, please email elearning@mikepreston-consultancy.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

After the 24-hour window, refunds will not be issued for any e-learning courses. If you encounter technical issues that prevent access to the course, please contact our support team for assistance at support@mikepreston-consultancy.co.uk.

Memberships

Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership term.

To cancel your membership, please log into your account and follow the cancellation procedures or reach out to membership@mikepreston-consultancy.co.uk for assistance.

Refunds

Refunds for memberships are not offered. All memberships are billed in advance and unused time will not be refunded.

By purchasing our events, e-learning courses, digital downloads, or memberships, you indicate your agreement to this policy. If you do not agree with our policy, please do not proceed with your purchase.
