Upon completion, you'll receive a report detailing your strengths, weaknesses, risks, and an action plan. We'll then offer tailored guidance and support to optimize your board's impact, focusing on areas such as board effectiveness, skills audits, trustee training, and recruitment.

This review starts with a survey to understand your volunteers' experiences. Based on this, we'll provide a report, statistics, and identify themes related to the volunteer lifecycle.

Next, we'll conduct a workshop to brainstorm improvements. You'll receive all proposals from the workshop, rated to help you prioritize quick wins and long-term changes.

Finally, we'll help you implement and manage the volunteer lifecycle effectively, ensuring volunteers are well-supported and contribute maximum value. We can assist with all aspects, from recruitment and management to recognizing their impact.

We can conduct a quality review based on any themes or business areas you identify. We create a simple matrix outlining expectations and compliance standards. This is aligned to whatever element of the charity you’d like to receive.

We can support you to develop quality frameworks or measure your compliance with existing frameworks. This could include internal or external quality marks. We will help you to review your current position and develop an action plan to help improve your compliance.

We’ll then go on to discuss the project you’d like u to work on. From this, we produce a proposal which outlines objectives, scope, boundaries, deliverables and timescale.
